Our products include made-to-order premium wall art including acrylic, canvas, and poster prints and related décor produced and fulfilled through verified printing and production partners located in the United States and Europe.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these Terms of Service

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available options at checkout).

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • All billing information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent

All prices are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

DaelVista LLC does not store or have access to your complete payment information. All transactions are encrypted and securely handled by our payment providers in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our production partners in the United States and Europe.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–12 business days after production and shipment (varies based on destination and courier).

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers or shipping providers
  • Customs clearance or import duties
  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns for reasons unrelated to product quality or manufacturing defects.

All requests for returns, replacements, or refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important: Our registered business address does not accept physical product returns. All claims must be submitted via email with photo/video evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DaelVista LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our website or products
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

  3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or fraud.
