REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At DaelVista LLC, we specialize in premium made-to-order wall art, produced specifically for each customer through trusted print-on-demand partners.

Because our products are custom-made, refunds or replacements are only considered for issues related to product quality or fulfillment errors, as outlined below.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


✅ Eligibility for Replacement or Refund (Quality-Related Only)

You may request a replacement or refund if your order has one of the following issues:

  • Product arrives damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing or printing defects (misprints, material flaws, production errors)
  • Wrong item, size, or variant received
  • Missing or incomplete order contents

All claims must be submitted within  ( 7 days ) of delivery.

Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.


📸 Required Evidence (Mandatory)

To process your claim, you must provide:

- Order number

- Clear photos AND video showing:

  1. The issue or defect
  2. The full product condition
  3. The original packaging
  4. The shipping label (if applicable)

- A brief written description of the problem

Claims submitted without sufficient visual evidence cannot be approved.


🛑 Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the item
  • Incorrect size, orientation, or color selected during checkout
  • Minor color differences due to screen calibration or lighting 
  • Requests submitted after the 7 days reporting window
  • Claims without photo or video evidence
  • Damage caused after delivery due to handling, installation, or misuse

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions.
These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.


🔁 Resolution Method

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Free Replacement – A new item will be produced and shipped at no additional cost

Full Refund – Issued to the original payment method

Refund Details:

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollar)

🚫 No Physical Returns

Important: Our registered business address is for legal correspondence only and does not accept physical shipments or product returns.

Do not send products back to our business address.
