🕓 Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Production Time: 2–4 business days (made-to-order items)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days from order placement
  • Shipping Confirmation: A tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

United States Orders:
Orders shipped within the United States are produced and shipped from U.S.-based production facilities, ensuring faster delivery and consistent quality standards.

🔎 Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships
  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement

📦 Wrong, Damaged, or Lost Packages

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please email support@daelvista.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

We will review your case within 2–3 business days and provide a replacement or refund when applicable, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Allow 24–48 hours (some carriers mark packages as delivered early)

If the package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation.


📌 Important Notes

  • Carrier Delays: DaelVista LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control (force majeure).
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Customs & Import Fees: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Failed Deliveries: Orders returned due to incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to pay customs fees may be subject to restocking fees and will not be automatically reshipped.
  • No Physical Returns: Our registered business address does not accept physical returns. All shipping-related claims must be handled via email support.
