🕓 Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Production Time: 2–4 business days (made-to-order items)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days from order placement
- Shipping Confirmation: A tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
United States Orders:
Orders shipped within the United States are produced and shipped from U.S.-based production facilities, ensuring faster delivery and consistent quality standards.

- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement

📦 Wrong, Damaged, or Lost Packages
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please email support@daelvista.com and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We will review your case within 2–3 business days and provide a replacement or refund when applicable, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Allow 24–48 hours (some carriers mark packages as delivered early)
If the package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation.
📌 Important Notes
- Carrier Delays: DaelVista LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control (force majeure).
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Customs & Import Fees: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Failed Deliveries: Orders returned due to incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to pay customs fees may be subject to restocking fees and will not be automatically reshipped.
- No Physical Returns: Our registered business address does not accept physical returns. All shipping-related claims must be handled via email support.
